Cleanroom & Precision Assembly | Medical Devices

We’re hiring Medical Assemblers to work in a cleanroom environment assembling critical components used in advanced medical products.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operate coil winding machines to wrap fine wire around spindles
  • Use microscopes to inspect, manipulate, and assemble small components
  • Perform various medical assembly processes, including:
    • Coil winding
    • Molding & CEA assembly
    • Laser welding
    • Implantable housing assembly
  • Inspect, deburr, and finish parts using pliers, files, knives, and small hand tools
  • Follow detailed written work instructions and quality standards
  • Maintain strict cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures
  • Rotate between cleanroom and non‑cleanroom production areas as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • Strong hand dexterity and exceptional attention to detail
  • 4–6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or small‑part assembly
  • Comfortable working with microscopes and cleanroom procedures
  • Experience with:
    • Medical device assembly
    • Coil winding
    • Laser welding (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to cross‑train

  • Sewing, crafts, or hobbies requiring fine motor skills
  • Prior work with precision tools or delicate components

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr.
