The Mechanic & Robotics Technician (Maintenance Technician II) supports the operations maintenance team by installing, maintaining, and repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, and pneumatic systems in a large, highly automated distribution facility. In this role, you ensure that automated packaging and distribution equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime through hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation.

Work Environment
You work in a large, highly automated distribution facility equipped with high-speed material handling systems and extensive robotic components. The role is hands-on and physically active, requiring comfort with walking significant distances throughout the shift (such as approximately 10,000 steps per day) and safely lifting loads up to around 49 pounds as part of normal duties. Performance is monitored through data and metrics to ensure expectations are met, but day-to-day work is not micromanaged, giving you autonomy while maintaining clear performance standards. You interact regularly with automated conveyors, robotics, industrial batteries, and related maintenance tools and equipment, and you use a CMMS and Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting. Shifts follow a compressed schedule with 12-hour rotations: 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. on Sunday–Wednesday (front-half days and front-half nights) and 4:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. on Wednesday–Saturday (back-half days and nights).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.50 - $29.50/hr.
