Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
The Mechanical Assembler performs precise mechanical assembly of subassemblies and large components for OEM equipment, working both independently and as part of a team. This role reads and follows entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other manufacturing instructions to build and assemble parts and equipment accurately and on time, while using a variety of measuring tools, hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment in a clean, well-lit production environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, well-lit production facility working on new and newly engineered equipment. The standard schedule is a first-shift assignment from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime available as needed to meet production demands. Work involves hands-on mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, basic machine tools, precision measuring instruments, overhead cranes, and rigging equipment in a shop environment. The company is in a growth phase, offering a dynamic setting with opportunities for advancement and increasing responsibility, while maintaining a professional, safety-conscious, and collaborative atmosphere.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
