Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $25+

Shift: 1st Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Builkd and assemble industrial machinery from blueprints and schematics utilizing hand tools

Essential Skills

• Mechanical assembly experience with industrial or similar machinery.
• Experience with blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency using hand tools and basic shop tools to assemble and adjust equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Inspection experience is a plus
• Experience as a Mechanic is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Exton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Medical, Dental, Vision start 30 days after hire and enrollment date is first of the month. So if they were hired in February they would be enrolled on April 1. 401k is after 90 days and then the first of the month. PTO - 16 hours at hire, 40 hours after 6 months, another 40 hours after 1 year, another 40 hours after 7 years, and another 40 after 15 years.

This is a fully onsite position in Exton,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on May 14, 2026.
