  • Work collaboratively with team members and follow established production and safety procedures throughout each shift.

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience with assembly or production work in a shop or bay environment.
  • Comfort working on new vehicles and equipment in a structured process-driven setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, consistent work.
  • Willingness to learn different truck lines and installation methods during training.

Why Work Here?

You will work in a clean, well-organized facility focused on consistent, high-quality work rather than rushed repairs. The company offers day-shift hours with very few weekends and limited overtime, supporting a stable work-life balance. Raises are based on ability and performance, with clear opportunities to advance through multiple installer tiers over time. Long-tenured team members demonstrate strong retention and the potential for steady growth in skills and earnings.

Work Environment

The role is based in large, well-lit, organized, and clean truck bays dedicated to fitting aftermarket equipment on new vehicles that have not yet been on the road. The position runs on a day shift, typically 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with very few weekends and limited overtime, although Fridays and Saturdays may be worked as needed. You will work exclusively with new trucks and equipment, using hand tools and your own basic mechanic tool set to complete assembly and installation tasks.
