Location: Onsite - Casa Grande, AZ 

Opportunity

As a Materials Scheduler for Kohler Co., you will be responsible for the scheduling of finished goods. In this role, you will build and maintain strong internal relationships to achieve continuous improvements in delivery, quality and cost. You will be an ideal candidate if you have a solid understanding of ERP systems, MRP and Pull, as well as basic system set points and their control on planning, assembly processes and the planning of them.

Specific Responsibilities

• Schedule finished goods utilizing MRP planning tool.
• Build trust by working in partnership with manufacturing, engineering and other internal stake holders to best optimize production schedule and outputs.
• Focus on the end customer by improving business and supply chain processes.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to improve scheduling and reduce inventory.
• Set high standards of performance by measuring and reducing inventory to increase turns.
• Perform assignments as directed by Materials Manager & Supply Chain Manager.
• Participate in safety training and accident prevention.
• Update the tracking indicators analyzing the data to ensure we are able to meet customer demand.

Skills/Requirements

• Associates Degree in Business / Operations Management preferred or equivalent knowledge according to the position responsibilities.
• 1+ years working in a manufacturing environment working in a scheduling and/or inventory role. 
• SAP Experience preferred.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement, mathematical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
