🔧 What You’ll Do

• Architect and implement a scalable materials management system aligned with project timelines and company growth
• Own inventory systems with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and real-time visibility
• Translate forecasts into structured purchasing and inventory plans
• Analyze data (usage trends, supplier performance, lead times) to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation
• Design warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and long-term scalability
• Lead and develop a team with a focus on consistency, safety, and accountability

📊 Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in materials management, supply chain, or warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control
• Advanced Excel skills (Power BI a plus)
• Background in construction, AV integration, or manufacturing preferred
• Experience with process improvement and system implementation
• Lean / Six Sigma is a plus
