Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Execution of the material and fixtures management during the installation and maintenance (shutdown) activities for the machinery and plant;
  • Involved priorly the beginning of the activities to receive the material and fixtures arrived at site to organize the identification of the and to verify the completion of the supply of the project;
  • Using the documentations related to this issue (Box Content List, Packing List, BOM,) assisted to the opening of the cases containing the Mechanical and Ele-Instruments material to inspect the integrity of them and for the material contained in the sames;
  • Managed manpower, with high propensity to the human relationship under his supervision to carry out warehouse activity;
  • Opening at once the Service Request for needed integration of them;
  • Organized the storage areas and the warehouses following the Manufacturer and Clients Procedure;
  • Collaborated with the mechanical and Ele-Instrumental FSEs to hand over the material and fixtures just as per the activity schedule;
  • Compiled the reports (DOR, FSR) of the activity, knowledge and use the E tools such as (EDM, TCE, SR);
  • Particular care to work in quality (QA/QC) and safety (EHS);
  • Kept the relationship with the Customer and with machines manufacturers.


Required Competencies:


  • Having the background of experience in the machinery installation and maintenance (activity and documentation knowledge) in the Gas and Steam Turbine with Compressors or Generators that made easy to learn this new experience.
  • Able to perform the material and fixtures management for various machinery (gas and steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors) with related auxiliary, plants and systems.
  • Able to inspect and opening of the material cases at their arrival at site
  • Able to manage manpower, with high propensity to the human relationship under his supervision to carry out warehouse activity.
  • Able to management of the material storage, with particular care, devoted to the material protection.
  • Able to identify all kind of mechanical, instrumental and electrical material, in order to ensure the progress of the activities organizing the proper storage and the handover them to the personnel involved in the site activity followings the installation schedule.
  • Able to manage the standard and special fixtures devoted to the machinery works.
  • Able to manage the material Non-Conformity Management NCM for the replacement of lacking, wrong, not working and damaged material with particular care of delivery time.
  • Able to use the documentation concerning the material and fixtures issues such as Material lists (BOM) and List of the cases and Packing List.
  • Able to keep the relationship with the Customer and with machines manufacturers.
  • Able to compile the reports (DOR, FSR) of the activity, knowledge and use the E tools such as (EDM, TCE, PAC Service Now, Fieldworks, etc.)
  • Able to work in quality (QA/QC) and safety (EHS)
