Role: Project Manager III – Construction (GMP Manufacturing)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite – 5 days/week)

Duration: 12‑month contract

Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead construction projects within an active GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strong construction project management expertise, financial ownership, and the ability to execute projects on time, within scope, and within budget while operating in a regulated setting.

Must Have Skills

Construction Project Management experience

Project management experience in an active GMP manufacturing site (Pharma / Biotech / Medical Devices)

Strong financial acumen – budget control, forecasting, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP certification required
• Proven experience managing construction projects
• Experience working in GMP‑regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong budget ownership and financial reporting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
