POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute a wide range of both inbound and outbound marketing activities. This role will support the creation of campaigns, content, and collateral that help amplify Cirrascale’s brand presence, drive demand, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate is a collaborative multitasker with an eye for detail and a passion for technology marketing.
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional after-hour support for high-priority campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Enablement
- Own day-to-day execution of sales enablement initiatives, partnering proactively with Sales and Product to support revenue goals.
- Coordinate and execute management of sales enablement assets tied to product launches, campaigns, and GTM motions, from requirements gathering through rollout.
- Develop and continuously refine sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, objection-handling guides, and competitive battlecards based on market and sales feedback.
- Play a key role in improving time-to-productivity for new hires by implementing ongoing enablement programs, including facilitating sessions, and maintaining documentation.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales enablement performance and the influence on pipeline progression and deal outcomes.
- Drive consistent internal communication around enablement updates, new tools, and best practices, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing teams.
- Support the optimization and adoption of CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, and related sales extensions), helping document workflows and improve seller efficiency.
- Act as a trusted liaison between Sales and Marketing, proactively gathering insights from the field and recommending improvements to enablement strategy, content, and processes.
Campaign Execution & Content Support
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media.
- Assist in writing and editing content for email, blog, social, and web.
- Help develop and maintain marketing calendars for product launches and events.
- Manage content updates in collaboration with the Web Developer.
- Track deliverables and deadlines for campaigns, product assets, and launch materials.
- Help maintain and organize shared asset libraries, including case studies, Whitepapers, templates, and other collateral.
Email & CRM Marketing
- Assist in building, testing, and scheduling email campaigns (HubSpot or similar).
- Help maintain and segment mailing lists for targeted outreach.
- Track and report campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Assist in managing lead scoring/routing workflows and ensure timely handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
Event & Tradeshow Support
- Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to support pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns.
- Help manage event assets including signage, swag, and datasheets.
- Schedule and support email and ad campaigns tied to key events.
- Assist in post-event lead follow-up efforts and performance recaps.
Sales & Brand Alignment
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure alignment with marketing messages and materials.
- Assist in creating sales enablement tools like one-pagers, pitch decks, and leave-behinds.
- Ensure all marketing assets are consistent with brand guidelines.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Support SEO and paid media initiatives with keyword research or asset management.
- Maintain organized folders and version control for all marketing files and collateral.
Additional Support
- Help to develop, track, and maintain KPIs for Marketing
- Assist in managing, attending, setting up and tearing down trade shows and company events.
- Assist with handling vendor relationships, promotional materials, and event staffing.
- Assist in market research activities
- Assist with utilizing Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or technology
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, lead forms).
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Experience with SEO, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manger, SEMrush) preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana).
- Well-rounded personality that thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Passionate about development, problem solving and quality work.
- Ability to organize, analyze and prioritize workload effectively and efficiently, under minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to continued education to remain current on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for the Marketing Specialist is $55,250 to $81,250. This pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job for the location for which it has been posted. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
