Marketing Specialist
Charlotte based Commercial Real Estate firm is adding a Marketing Specialist to their team. You will be an instrumental part to the firms marketing and sales efforts. This role will be supporting the executive team, brokers and property managers with marketing materials, social media activity, and support with presentations. The ideal candidate will possess a creative and adaptable mindset. Salary up to $65k plus bonus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing marketing support to executive team, brokers, and property manager
- Creating marketing materials, such as aerial packages, site tour packages, flyers, email blast, and social media content
- Manage in-house and external marketing ensuring the company branding is maintained at the highest level
- Maintain company's website
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote listings, transactions and brand awareness
- Manage all social media accounts
- Oversee CRE listing services ensuring all listings are up to date
- Manage real estate property files to ensure all required documents are included and filed properly
- Support brokerage operations through administrative support entailing invoicing, preparing listing agreements and renewals
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Creative and adaptable mindset
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Adobe, Wordpress, Photoshop, and Canva
