The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department across promotional campaigns, company branding, advertising, and internal communications. This position plays a key role in strengthening a cohesive and effective internal and external marketing strategy. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, walk, talk, hear, lift, push/pull, stoop, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and color vision. The physical strength rating is classified as light work which entails exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly. Eye protection, head protection, and hearing protection may be required. Operation of a computer keyboard, telephone, hand calculator, and a copier/ fax machine are required. Understanding of addition and subtraction, statistics, simple math, simple drawings, technical reports, financial reports, layout work, simple memos, and business letters is required. In addition, the employee must be able to compose simple memos, summaries, business letters, technical reports, speeches, and formal presentations.
