Management of Brand Advertising & Promotion Budget -  Provide support as needed for budget tracking, reconciliation, and phasing including initiating purchase orders and processing/recording vendor invoices Prepare and present monthly budget presentations to brand team including updating spend forecastContract Review and Approval Process (Focus for November / December)Key point of contact for both external vendors and internal stakeholders for the completion of commercial team contracts (from contract preparation to obtaining appropriate approvals)Ownership of all revisions and finalization of contractsManage fulfillment house inventory including setting up new items into inventory, approving field orders, managing drop-shipments, and preparing inventory trend and low item reports to make recommendations on material re-ordersMarketing Projects and Vendor ManagementController in Fair Market Value (FMV) determination process (for HCP consultants) including pulling FMV rates and routing HCP consultant agreements for execution ̶Manage conference/convention schedule including registration, logistics, and booth material fulfillment̶Manage the relationship between the brand teams and external vendors including working

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines required Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate effectively 2+ years of previous experience in a marketing/sales environment and/or medical communications or pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. 1-2 years experience in managing production vendors/advertising agencies and knowledge of digital/print production preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field

This is a Contract position based out of Parsippany, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
