You’ll start by mastering the field, learning our systems, and producing results — then grow into coaching, mentoring, and leading your own team.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighboorhoods and engage with homeowners to discuss clean energy options at their door
• Clearly communicate the benefits of renewable energy
• Assist customers through the enrollment process
• Meet performance goals and contribute to team success
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and compliance standards
• Train, mentor, and hold reps accountable while fostering a competitive, goal-driven culture.

Compensation & Growth

• $36,000–$96,000+ per year (Base pay + commission + bonuses)
• Leadership bonuses and performance incentives
• Fast-track path to Senior Leadership — top leaders earn well above OTE

Monday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMWeekends OptionalField-based leadership role - Newark, NJ

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of direct sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred not required

• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

• Ability to train, motivate, and hold others accountable

• Strong communication and closing skills

• High energy and resilience in a performance-driven environment

• Solar or renewable experience is a plus (not required)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
