We are supporting a global organization undergoing a major brand integration and are seeking an experienced Communications & Brand Transition Specialist to lead strategic communications, brand alignment, and multi-channel content execution across a large-scale transformation program.
This role combines internal and external communications leadership with hands-on execution across digital, sales, and brand transition initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with experience driving complex, multi-stakeholder marketing and communications programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated communication planning and execution across internal, external, and brand initiatives to ensure consistent messaging
- Manage content development and publishing across websites, digital assets, multimedia, and marketing channels
- Drive global brand transition activities across office locations, customer materials, and portfolio assets in partnership with agencies and internal teams
- Develop sales enablement tools including brochures, pitch decks, landing pages, and trade show materials aligned to a unified portfolio
- Support internal communications, leadership messaging, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with legal teams on trademark and brand asset protection and compliance matters
- Contribute to thought leadership, media relations, and messaging for key industry events and external visibility opportunities
- Analyze and report on communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support planning and execution of major industry events and trade shows tied to strategic business priorities
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, brand management, or similar roles
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and timelines independently
- Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills across multiple audiences
- Experience developing digital content, presentations, and marketing materials for global organizations
- Ability to translate business strategy into clear communication and messaging frameworks
- Comfortable working with legal/compliance partners on brand governance and trademark-related matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field preferred
