Worldwide Logistics Group (WWL) is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive qualified leads. This person must bridge strategy with execution, creating visually compelling content (brochures, presentations, web design, social media graphics) that aligns with the WWL corporate identity. The ideal candidate will be well-equipped to manage the key responsibilities outlined below.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling sales collateral (presentations, case studies, industry highlights, one sheets and brochures).
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent visual and written messaging and branding across all internal and external communications, including digital platforms and social media.
  • Content Creation: Manage content production and produce high-quality print and digital assets that showcase company expertise in transportation and logistics, ranging from digital brochures to social media posts to large-format trade show graphics.
  • Event Marketing: Lead marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences and industry events, including promotional materials and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Use CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce) to track campaign KPIs, analyze ROI, manage and analyze SEO analytics, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Website Management: Oversee the corporate website content, work with the web development vendor, and update content.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications – both with a concentration in Graphic Design
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within logistics, transportation, supply chain or freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign), Linkedin, email automation platform (Mailchimp), CRM software (Salesforce), CMS platforms (Wordpress)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage vendors.
  • Excellent communication and content writing skills.
  • Creative and critical thinker who enjoys generating innovative ideas and devising new ways to engage audiences.
  • Data-driven: comfortable with MS Excel and data analysis, be able to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with SEO tools and web analytics (Semrush, Google Analytics) a plus.

Salary - 80K - 105K annually
