Role Description

Elite Lending LLC is seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager to join our team in Miramar, FL. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and analyze campaign performance. Responsibilities include creating content and collateral, managing digital and social media platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will identify trends, oversee budgets, and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics
• Strong skills in content creation, including video, copywriting, and designing marketing collateral
• Experience with social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and community engagement
• Experience in managing a marketing team
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, like CRM systems or marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the mortgage, finance, or real estate sectors is a strong advantage
