About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Director of Marketing to build and lead a high-impact marketing function from the ground up. This is not a brand-only role—it’s a highly commercial leadership position focused on driving demand, generating pipeline, and directly supporting revenue growth.
You will own the full marketing lifecycle—from strategy through execution—while partnering closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact in a growing, technical B2B environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute B2B demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development on account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted campaigns
- Own and optimize website performance, including SEO, landing pages, UX, and conversion rates
- Improve lead-to-opportunity and quote conversion through data-driven messaging and digital strategies
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, webinars, events, and content)
- Build and maintain a structured marketing campaign calendar aligned to business priorities
- Lead content strategy, including case studies, blogs, email campaigns, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership
- Track and report on performance using CRM systems, marketing analytics, and KPI dashboards
- Manage marketing budget, external vendors, and ROI
- Hire, mentor, and develop a scalable marketing team and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline, and revenue growth
- Experience partnering with sales teams to support pipeline development
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, website optimization, and lead generation
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
- Familiarity with CNC machining, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience building or scaling a marketing function
