Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role on the Marketing team in supporting efficiency and output of the Marketing department. Handling a diverse range of projects simultaneously, the ideal candidate readily contributes and adapts to new responsibilities when needs arise, within a collaborative team environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics for content production projects, managing and distributing promotional materials, and events. Required to be in-office minimum 2 days a week.


What You Will Work On:


Project & campaign coordination

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain visibility across active projects and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, ecommerce, sales, and external partners
  • Assist with planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, partners, or new marketing tools
  • Assume ownership of smaller-scale projects with minimal supervision


Content production planning

  • Assist with planning and logistics for photoshoots and video productions
  • Coordinate schedules, locations, and communication with creative partners
  • Research locations, vendors, and creative partners for upcoming content projects
  • On-site production support when needed (travel required)


Partner & community support

  • Serve as a point of contact for brand partners and community organizations
  • Coordinate product seeding, promotional support, and collaboration needs
  • Manage logistics and curate brand presence for a small number of recurring local partnership events


Asset & samples management

  • Organize and distribute marketing assets to internal and external teams
  • Maintain organization of marketing files and content libraries
  • Track and manage product samples used for marketing initiatives and content production
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for product seeding and marketing materials


Brand storytelling

  • Contribute to marketing content that communicates Arcade’s brand and product stories
  • Help maintain brand voice and visual standards across marketing initiatives

Relevant Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand, agency, or project coordination roles

  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
