Job Summary:

TheMarketing Analystisresponsible forsupporting thedevelopment of marketing activities for our business solutions:MotoLogic,MotoVisuals,AutoWeb, and CTI. The Marketing Analyst will leaddevelopmentof customer-facing assets and communication of relevant marketing materials in support of these products. This team member will support the coordination of the PRO email channel inclusive of seasonal campaign planning and content creation related to business solutions and will partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to support social media content for PRO pages. This position will also help support the Marketing Specialist in managing customer support inquiries for the PRO loyalty platform. This position will partner closely with managing business partners of PRO Solutionsand TechNet,creative, project management, and sales teams.

What will you do?

  • Work cross-functionally with solutions partners to define key goals to drive marketing strategies
  • Develop and manage omni-channel campaigns for Business Solutions
  • Create and manage marketing assets for Business Solutions
  • Manage the email and social content calendar for PRO Marketing
  • Work closely with channel managers to support the coordination of promotional messaging on our communication platforms including email, social media, and digital ads.
  • Coordinate PRO channel planning across teams – TechNet, PRO, and Product Marketing
  • SupportDigital Marketing Manager withcontent creation for PRO social media channels
  • AssistMarketing Specialistin handling customer support inquiries for PRO loyalty platform

Location & Work Availability:

This position isHybrid (4days in office,1day remote),based at our corporate headquarters inRaleigh, North Carolina.

  • Demonstrated experience inestablishingand maintaining effective customer(internal and external)and partner/vendorrelationships.

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

  • Ability to prioritize competing or conflicting agendas
  • Automotive sales or service experience a plus

Certifications, Experience, and Education:

  • 4-yearBachelor’s Degreeor 3+ years equivalent marketing experience
  • PastexperienceinB2B Marketing, Automotive, or other applicable industries
