The Manufacturing Technician supports safe, compliant, and efficient production operations in a cGMP manufacturing environment. This role prepares and executes manufacturing batch records, follows detailed work instructions and SOPs, and performs in-process testing with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and documentation. The technician works in a cleanroom setting, maintains equipment and raw material inventory, and contributes to continuous improvement activities while supporting rotating 12-hour production shifts.

Work Environment
This role is primarily based in a cleanroom area known as CORE, where you will follow strict gowning procedures to protect product quality. The environment requires adherence to contamination control standards, including no beards, no artificial eyelashes or nails, no nail polish, and no items that could compromise the product. The noise level is usually moderate to high, and headphones are not permitted, so you should be comfortable maintaining focus in a busy production setting. The typical schedule consists of rotating 12-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off), with potential adjustments based on site-wide changes. Work is performed around production and analytical equipment under cGMP conditions, with regular use of personal protective equipment and compliance with all safety and documentation standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
