Must Haves:
· 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
· Comfortable with machinery – CNC or AFP (Automated Fiber Placements)
· Understand safety protocols
· Understanding of manufacturing and production processes
· Comfortable reporting issues to leadership
· Experience working around union employees

They will be responsible for identifying and escalating any issues to senior leadership in a timely manner. A solid understanding of the machinery is essential, including the ability to recognize early signs of malfunction or irregular performance.
