Manufacturing Supervisor - Nights
Monroe, OH | Direct Hire | $90,000/year + 3% Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
trak group is partnering with a well-established Monroe-area manufacturer to fill multiple night shift Manufacturing Supervisor openings. With new leadership in place and a deliberate focus on culture and growth, supervisors who join this team can shape the environment they work in—and grow alongside it.
About the Roles:
Two openings are available, each supporting a distinct production area:
- Extrusion — 7:45 PM to 8:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Lamination — 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday
What You'll Do:
- Drive accountability across operational, quality, delivery, and cost performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports—building capability and ownership at every level
- Own safety culture for your team, including investigations, corrective actions, and Safety Committee participation
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives rooted in Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Actively contribute to employee selection, hiring, and retention
- Adjust work procedures as needed to meet production schedules
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of frontline manufacturing supervisory experience
- Proven ability to set expectations, hold teams accountable, and build a strong team culture
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma—credentials preferred, not required
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of urgency
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
