Job Description
The Quality Technician plays a key role in ensuring that all products manufactured in the facility consistently meet strict safety, regulatory, and customer standards. You will perform routine and specialized testing, closely monitor production activities, and maintain precise documentation to support a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing process in a fast-paced beverage production environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a fast‑moving beverage production facility in Lakeland, FL, operating on a 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. shift with a 2‑2‑3 schedule, which may include weekdays, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime depending on operational needs. The environment includes multiple mechanical processes and elevated noise levels, requiring the use of hearing protection and other PPE such as protective eyewear, hair and beard coverings, approved footwear, gloves, and safety restraints when using powered equipment. Temperature conditions may vary between hot and cold depending on the work area, while the laboratory operates in a controlled climate. Work is performed in a structured and closely monitored setting that emphasizes safety, compliance, and consistent quality standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
