Manufacturing Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the injection molding process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $20 - $21.50

Shift: Multiple shifts available: 1st Shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM), 2nd Shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM), 3rd Shift (11:00PM - 7:00AM), Monday–Friday. Shifts will transition to 10-hour shifts once the new schedule is implemented.

What's the Job?

• Operate injection molding machines and related production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Inspect molded parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency, performing visual inspections with various tools.
• Document production data, defects, and machine performance accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with ISO clean room standards when applicable.

What's Needed?

• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual acuity.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to wear PPE, including steel-toed safety shoes, at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs routinely and handle small parts with manual dexterity.
