Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Manufacturing Engineer located in Muskego, WI. As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will assist in optimizing manufacturing processes, refining production techniques, and supporting various engineering tasks. The role includes hands-on exposure to machining processes, data analysis, improvement initiatives, and collaboration with the engineering and production teams to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Machining techniques
• Coursework or experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles
• Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and improve workflows
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in using basic engineering tools and software
• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or related technical program

$80,000 + based on experience.
