JOB TITLE: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
LOCATION: Lafayette, CO
DURATION OF PROJECT: 24 months or longer with possible extensions
JOB SUMMARY
:Must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and require a minimum of 4+ years of Advanced Manufacturing Engineer experience
.Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
.This role will support a lead manufacturing engineer during implementation of design changes to a medical device (electronic hardware)
.Required skills are Process Validation, and Test Method Validation (Gauge R&R)
.Use of PLM and ERP systems as manufacturing engineers

RESPONSIBILITIE
S:Support development and validation for new production processe
s.Manage product BOM configurations in PLM syste
m.Integrate new components with manufacturing ERP/MRP system
s.Develop and execute plans, including statistical analysis, to evaluate process repeatability through equipment qualification and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ
).Perform Test Method Validation and Software Validation for hardware test system
s.Define and generate all required documentation in support of manufacturing protocols, reports, changes, and manufacturing instructions. These include Engineering protocols, reports, process risk documents (PFMEA), manufacturing instructions, change orders and statistical analysi
