Insight Global is looking to hire a Manufacturing / Programming Engineer to support daily fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will lead workflow coordination, support production teams, resolve operational issues, and ensure schedules and quality standards are met. They will track inputs and outputs, communicate progress to project teams, backfill production work as needed, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. The role includes a compensation range of $85,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
