About the Role

This position plays a critical role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring production processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. It is well-suited for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, redesign, and optimize work areas, workflows, and manufacturing layouts
  • Apply best practices in electro-mechanical manufacturing, including soldering, metals, and welding
  • Support and promote 6S initiatives to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace
  • Establish and maintain time standards to measure efficiency and labor costs
  • Identify process deviations and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain management information, planning, and control systems
  • Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance overall performance
  • Maintain and update routings and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Actively participate in safety initiatives and compliance efforts


What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
