Manufacturing Associate

Shifts Available:

• 1st shift    7 am to 3 pm with paid lunch
• 2nd Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Paid Lunch)
• Pay: $16/hr plus $1/hr shift differential for 2nd shift

We’re looking for reliable and detail‑oriented individuals to join our growing team in a clean‑room manufacturing environment. These positions are temp-to-hire with excellent benefits once hired on permanently!

As an Assembly and Light Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing assembly and light machine operation tasks
• Completing required paperwork accurately
• Conducting part inspections throughout the production process
• Cross-training on an additional product line, including microscope-based inspection work

Experience preferred but not required—just bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
A basic math test will be required.

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a clean-room environment
• Willingness to cross‑train
• Dependable and team‑oriented attitude
