MANAGER OF MED/SURG/TELEMETRY - WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA
WEBCO HR, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Medical, Surgery, and Telemetry for one of our clients located in Wildomar, California.
SUMMARY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and function effectively with high volumes of patients.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate good computer skills.
- Solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference and volume.
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in related field required.
- Master's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred.
- Two (2) years of recent department specific experience required.
- Charge nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Basic EKG/tele interpretation experience required OR completing a Basic EKG class within six months of employment.
COMPENSATION:
- $136,747 to $198,283 Annually.
