The Field Marketing Manager will provide local marketing strategy, marketing programs, campaigns, events & execution support for restaurants and franchise client partners to ensure increased brand awareness, engagement and sales. McAlister’s Field Marketing Manager will play a critical key role as marketing liaison & subject matter expert between franchise partners, agency partners, brand marketing, operations team and cross-functional engine teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, always has a positive attitude, solution-oriented, relationship builder and team player.
