Manager, Executive Dining

We are seeking a Manager of Executive Dining to lead our client's front‑of‑house operations for a high‑profile Executive Dining Room supporting senior leadership and VIP guests. This role partners closely with the Chef and executive offices to deliver exceptional service, discretion, and hospitality at the highest level.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead day‑to‑day executive dining room operations and service
  • Manage dining room staff, reservations, and private events
  • Deliver meals and service to executive suites with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, and P‑Card expenses (Concur/P‑Card Central preferred)
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor support
  • Partner with the Chef to ensure food safety, efficiency, and service excellence
  • Support executive events, including setup, décor, and breakdown


What We’re Looking For

  • Front‑ and back‑of‑house experience in fine or luxury dining
  • Experience supporting C‑Suite or VIP clientele
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive self‑starter
  • Strong communication, judgment, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook


Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality, Food Services, Business, or related field and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Food Handler’s Permit
  • Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25+ lbs)
