Location/Division Specific Information
This position is based on-site in Logan, UT and supports site operations within the Single Use Division (SUD). The Manager of Continuous Improvement is a key member of the Site Leadership Team and partners cross-functionally across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EH&S, HR, Finance, Facilities, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and productivity improvements.

The Manager of Continuous Improvement serves as a highly visible change leader responsible for building and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement. This role champions Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and Lean transformation initiatives that improve site productivity, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable cost savings.
As a change agent, you will influence at all levels of the organization, mentor teams, and lead structured improvement efforts that drive sustainable results. You will align continuous improvement strategies with business objectives and ensure projects are executed with clear ownership, strong governance, and measurable impact.
