ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Advisesthe business on compensation programs that help drive business results.
Understandsthe needs of the business, partnersto develop compensation strategies, solutions and associated communications.
Significant process and project leadership associated with the annual review anddesign of compensation programs.
Contributesto the design, implementation and ongoing administration of base salary, short-term incentive programs and the annual focal salary increase process.
Leads initiative to establish consistent job titles, job levelsand salary ranges enterprise-wide.
Providesguidance and facilitatesongoing training to HR and business leaders on pay policies, practices, and systems.
Managesongoing competitive benchmarking process for assigned clientgroupsand consultson salary and bonus recommendations.
Conductscompetitive market analysis on an ad-hoc or enterprise-wide basis.
Monitorsand analyzesexternal and internal competitive environment to assess market trends, best practices and proactively assess implications.
Managesprojects and program execution through development of a project plan identifying key milestones and deliverables. May function as project lead requiring that milestone and deliverables be met.
Manages the review, modification and implementation of performance management and development processes and tools.
Provides leadership, coaching and support to compensation team and within Human Resources.
Designs and delivers comprehensive compensation communication and training material that is well understood and valued by managers and employees.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.
Bachelor’s Degreerequired. Master’s degree preferred
6-8years of human resource experience, with 6years in compensationpreferred
3 yearsprojectmanagement experiencein career ladderand salary structuredevelopment preferred
CCP preferred
Advanced computer skills includingallMicrosoft programs, particularly within Excel and Access
Strongwritten, oralcommunicationand presentation skills
