Management Trainee

Merx Truck & Trailer is a high-velocity heavy-duty repair shop chain serving commercial fleets. This position reports directly to senior management. 

12-18 Month Management Training Program (4 rotations)

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of work experience: recent grads encouraged to apply
• A track record of figuring things out: built something, ran something, fixed something, started something. School, work, or on your own - we don't care which
• Strong written communication and the ability to think clearly on the phone
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets - you don't need a finance degree, but you should be able to look at a P&L without flinching
• Self-starter who would rather own a problem than be assigned a task
• Hungry to learn the operational reality of a real business - not a corporate training program with PowerPoints
• Tech-savvy
