Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician with AC experience at Regency Place Apartments, located in the Durham NC area. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and conducting repairs on HVAC systems and other facilities. The role also involves ensuring that facilities are in optimal working condition and addressing resident repair requests promptly and efficiently.
