Electro/Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electro/Mechanical Technician to join a stable and growing manufacturing organization with a long-standing track record of operational excellence and employee retention. What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems including motors, PLCs, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and control panels
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production equipment
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and company procedures
• Document maintenance activities and technical findings

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical background including 480v 3-phase systems, VFDs, and controls
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with a focus on minimizing downtime
• Self-starter with strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28–$37/hour based on experience
