Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Technician based in South Bend, IN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Be able to lift 75# without assistance
- Work on ladders without fear up to 22'
- Be able to work in colder and warmer conditions at all times of the year.
- Have a valid Driver License
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications in maintenance are preferred
- Previous experience in property or facilities management is advantageous
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
