Maintenance Technician

Position Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency. Daily responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on production machinery, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment, responding to equipment breakdowns, and diagnosing root causes of machine failures. This role works closely with production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment and possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled machinery is highly preferred. Technical degrees, trade school training, or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required.
