Industrial Maintenance Technician

$25-$37/hr

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance within the building, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the facility. This role includes performing electrical maintenance, carrying out preventative maintenance on machines, changing HVAC filters, touching up paint, and addressing miscellaneous handy work such as fixing a chair leg. Both 1st and 2nd shift available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive maintenance duties within the building.
  • Execute electrical maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Change HVAC filters regularly.
  • Perform touch-ups and paint maintenance as required.
  • Complete various handy work, including minor repairs like fixing chair legs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with boilers is appreciated but not mandatory.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of boiler experience is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
