Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 1st and 2nd shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth operations within our facility.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance of machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
  • Repair machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, and performing other preventive maintenance actions.
  • Work on assignments with minimum supervision, with work subject to final inspection.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2nd Shift 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. in a climate-controlled facility. The environment is laid-back and conducive to productivity and collaboration

This is a Permanent position based out of Oconomowoc, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
