Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Thursday - Monday, 11 am - 7 pm.  Days off Tuesday & Wednesday

About the Role

New Albany Country Club is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our clubhouse, dining outlets, fitness areas, pool facilities, and grounds support buildings.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to work in a professional, high-end setting where quality matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
  • Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues quickly and efficiently
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks across all Club areas
  • Assist with seasonal setup (pool, patios, events, etc.)
  • Maintain clean, safe, and fully operational facilities for Members and guests
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Support special events and Club operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, or skilled trades experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work (prior experience with pools/CPO a bonus)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability (this is a team that depends on each other)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check
