Maintenance Technician (1st & 3rd Shift) – $100K+ Potential + Relocation Available 🔧

📍 Mukwonago, WI

💰 $35–$45/hr (based on experience) + 10% Shift Premium

Shift Premium Breakdown:

💵 $42.50/hr + 10% = $46.75/hr effective rate

💸 $5,000 Bonus (paid quarterly)

📦 Relocation Assistance Available!

🕒 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (M–F)

🌙 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)

💥 Overtime available when busy

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain and repair plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical systems, and heating components
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Tear down and rebuild machine components as needed
• Work closely with production to keep operations running efficiently

🛠️ What we’re looking for:

• ✅ Experience in plastic injection molding or working on molding equipment REQUIRED
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• 2–3+ years of maintenance experience or trade school equivalent
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
