Maintenance Technician Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Maintenance Technician!
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in maintenance and manufacturing. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with equipment, tools, and systems while learning from experienced technicians.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You'll Do:

• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and systems
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Support preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
• Help install, repair, and adjust machine components
• Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely
• Document maintenance work and update system records
• Communicate issues and updates with team members
• Assist with inventory and parts tracking
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work with team members and vendors to complete maintenance tasks

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or interest in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical work preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
