Why Work Here?

You will join a growing organization that plays a key role in producing life-enhancing medical products, including custom-molded implants, pacemaker components, silicone tubing for catheters, cleanroom and hospital-safe packaging, and automated robotic medical devices. The company offers a stable, long-term opportunity in an advanced manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and innovation are central to the culture. You will work with modern equipment and technologies in a highly collaborative setting, with opportunities to broaden your technical skills across molding, extrusion, automation, and cleanroom operations.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fully clean-room manufacturing facility dedicated to medical device production. The standard shift is a second shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with availability on Saturdays for an additional 4–6 hours as needed. Initial training takes place Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The entire facility operates as a controlled clean-room environment. Upon entry, employees pass through a gowning room where they clean their shoes to remove dust and dirt; while on contract, they use shoe covers, and when permanent, they receive dedicated footwear such as cleanroom-appropriate clogs. Full gowning is required before entering the clean-room, and all cleanroom attire and contamination control procedures must be followed. Each work area typically includes an injection molding machine along with a computer and microscope station, reflecting the high-precision nature of the work. You will work closely with a small, focused maintenance team alongside a maintenance leader, supporting a highly technical, safety-conscious, and process-driven production environment.
