- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and associated equipment.
- Assist with and support capital improvement projects.
- Safely operate a variety of hand tools and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Use routine software and business applications to support daily operations.

What we're looking for:
- Ability to perform a variety of skilled tasks related to grounds, facility, and equipment maintenance.
- Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
All candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.This position could hire as an Income Maintenance Technician I or II depending on qualifications.Maintenance Technician I
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
Maintenance Technician II
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
