Industrial Maintenance Electrician
Schedule: 15‑day monthly schedule (every other weekend off)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. If you have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working inside a plant environment, this role will be a great fit.
You’ll work on high‑voltage systems, motors, sensors, robots, and PLC‑controlled equipment while supporting daily production.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery
Work with 480V, 3‑phase motors, AC/DC systems, and wiring
Read and use electrical schematics
Use a volt meter to diagnose electrical problems
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
Troubleshoot PLC and robotic equipment (Siemens & Fanuc — no programming required)
Work with photo eyes, sensors, relays, and variable‑frequency drives
Diagnose and repair issues inside control panels
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of industrial electrical experience
Experience in a manufacturing or high‑volume production environment
Comfortable working with high voltage (480V)
Strong troubleshooting ability with motors, drives, sensors, and controls
Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow electrical prints
Able to troubleshoot basic PLC and robotic issues
One of the following preferred:
Associate degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Technology
Journeyman Electrician
Equivalent hands‑on industrial electrical experience

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.63 - $36.63/hr.
