Maintenance Mechanic (Night Shift)

Location: Delavan, WI

Overview

Pay: $26.00 – $36.00/hour

Schedule: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts (4 days on / 4 days off)


We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support a high-speed, automated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure consistent uptime and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment, including robotics and auxiliary systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Diagnose issues across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Install and repair wiring, electrical components, piping, and machinery
  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment performance and uptime


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience with PLCs, automation, or controls preferred
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Ability to work independently on night shift
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
  • Must have own tools
