Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (depending on experience)
(1st Shift) Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Dayton, OH 45404
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or fabrication environment

From troubleshooting high-tech CNC laser optics to maintaining massive 200-ton hydraulic press brakes and industrial curing ovens, your expertise ensures that our craftsmen havethe tools they need to build world-class infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Predictive & Preventative Maintenance: Execute and refine PM schedules for CNC lasers, press brakes,plasma cutters, and industrial powder coating lines to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Electro-Mechanical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, motors, sensors, andPLC-driven systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Maintain and repair high-pressure hydraulic pumps, cylinders, andpneumatic valves on heavy-tonnage forming equipment.
• Facility Infrastructure: Oversee the "life support" systems of the plant, including large-scale aircompressors, dust collection systems, and industrial curing ovens.
• Rapid Response Repair: Act as the first responder for "machine down" situations, utilizing root-causeanalysis to get production back online safely and quickly.
• Vendor & Parts Management: Coordinate with external technicians for specialized repairs and manage acritical spare parts inventory to ensure 99% machine availability.

• The Tools: Hands-on experience with voltmeters, diagnostic software, and precision alignment tools.
• Adaptability: The ability to pivot from a minor mechanical fix to a complex electrical overhaul on the fly.
